Properties that utalise a gas supply are visited by a corgi registered member (British Gas) once per year in order to establish a safety certificate for your home, It is a requirement of our tenents agreement to allow this visit to take place.

We have legal responsabilities to maintain your home to a certain standard, this unfortunitly means that from time to time we may require access, you will be given written notice before this takes place, these visits will be carried out under the supervision of our tenant.

Should you require general maintainance work to be carried out, you should inform us by  Phone, Fax or email. Non emergency general repairs will be acted upon promptly.
